33 Great Pulteney St, Soho, London W1F 9NW, UK – 020 7248 8600
The equipment felt old and worn. The sensors where not very accurate. But it’s good fun for an hour and it’s well located. The service was slow when we were there but staff was friendly.
Attentive and efficient staff, great food, drinks and service...oh and the golf is great fun too! Overall fantastic excuse to get a group of mates together in central London.
12 Smithfield St, London EC1A 9LA, UK – 020 7248 8600
Great fun. Virtual golf with real clubs and balls. Reasonably good bar snacks
If this isn't the perfect place for guys to hang out, I don't know what is! The clubs they provide are top notch & the beer is tasty!
18 St Swithin's Ln, London EC4N 8AD, UK – 020 7283 2011
Hi just had a lesson at DB golf very impressive lots of clear data but kept simple enough for me to understand i have been having lessons at a driving range for a year with no real improvement this is so much better Geoff Bull
Great facility in an excellent location and, most importantly, top quality coaches. Best place in London by far for golf coaching and practice.
Chelsea Manor St, Chelsea, London SW3 5PL, UK – 020 7352 6985
A great boon to health in the heart of Chelsea. Excellent 25 m pool and changing rooms/showers refurbished recently to a high standard. Fully equipped gym with all the hardware you could need. From the basic weights, rowing machines etc up to some very high tech kit. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Members have access to various classes in all areas of fitness included.
The changing rooms have been refitted and now make no distinction between male and female. Everyone has an individual cubicle. A well maintained centre offering a good range of facilities. Nice pool.
1 Norman St, London EC1V 3PU, UK – 020 7250 1303
In the next six months, you'll find it hard to find many publicly available squash courts, so this place deserves stars just for being open. The courts themselves (four, three of them glass - backed) are in reasonable enough condition, but are very busy during peak hours, so go online and book ahead if possible.
It is an old building. The ladies showers could be revamped with better air circulation but overall the services they provide and the personal trainers are great
2 St Gabriel Walk, London SE1 6FG, UK – 0333 005 0411
The centre is a few years old. The reception looks nice with seating and they also serve food. The prices however I believe are a bit high. Another downside as well having only one toilet to serve quite a lot of people which makes a queue. I have not visited the gym, but the swimming pool however small and it gets a bit crowded, is state of the art.
Good as long as you can make use of the fitness area and swimming pool: Clean and spacious facilities as long as you can access them. The swimming pool is frequently overcrowded while they do not provide dedicated lanes for swimming. On weekends, most machines are in use in the fitness area. If you are unemployed, self-employed or otherwise free to schedule your day, you should subscribe and schedule your day around your fitness activity. If you are not, you will rarely enjoy the centre.
16 Semley Pl, Belgravia, London SW1W 9QJ, UK – 020 7824 8261
Good to have place to go to play snooker in the heart of the capital thay isn't a private memvers club. Its functional and does the job. Snooker tables a bit tired with badly drawn on lines and no spots on some. Pool tables looked better. Its ok but could do with a little TLC. Staff seem uninterested and bored.
Great place to play pool though it is getting a little run down. Could use some TLC
S Carriage Dr, London W2 2UH, UK – 020 7262 3474
The lawn ball sitting area is perfect for a short quiet rest on a Sunday afternoon having a cup of coffee or tea while u bask in the glorious sunshine. The food was reasonably good, and bathroom facilities are adequate. Staff are generally friendly. The large cookies are soft and flavoursome. There's free water that u can pour from a jug of water near the counter. I can't really fault this place, not when they even have gluten free brownies in case someone has dietary requirements. I took a closer picture of the croissant!
We love it here and visit often. Friendly and welcoming. Great food and drink
7 Oxendon St, London SW1Y 4EE, UK – 020 7839 7261
Good to watch sports although during the World Cup they will charge for entry after 7pm. Food is good although they forgot our order and gave us less wings than they should have.
Visited bar and had some meals. Staff was friendly and food was very good. Meal is slightly more expensive but burgers are amazing for 12 pounds, I recommend ultimate burger for meat lovers. Place was not that busy on saturday night so we found a space for a meal. Was good, 4 stars just because of the toilet upstairs, where just 2 of them are there, one was broken and one with door on the floor. Maybe there are also other toilets
